Mode 7 is the data controller for the information described on this page. Our business details are on the contact page.

• Orders. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the items you choose, so we can confirm and fulfil your order.
• Enquiries and consultations. What you write to us in a form, so we can reply.
• Newsletter. Your email address, only if you ask to receive it.
• Trade-in requests. Your contact details, your answers about the device, photos and a walkaround video, so our team can agree a value with you.

Order and enquiry details are held in the database behind this site. Trade-in photos are kept in a private storage zone with Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., EU), and trade-in videos in Bunny Stream. Both are processors acting for Mode 7. Images shown on the website are served from Bunny's content delivery network.

• Trade-in photos, videos and contact details are deleted 90 days after a request closes. Drafts that are never submitted are deleted after 30 days.
• Orders are kept for as long as we need them for accounting.

Messages you send to the assistant are passed to Anthropic to generate replies. Mode 7 does not store them; we record only token counts, to keep the assistant within budget. The conversation stays in your own browser until you clear it.

Orders and trade-in values are confirmed on WhatsApp. When you choose to continue there, Meta's terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

We use Google Analytics only if you consent to it. We may use Cloudflare Turnstile on forms to keep automated traffic out. See the cookie page for what is stored on your device.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can in general terms ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used.

Use the contact page and say that your message is about privacy. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
