01How ordering works
The site shows our products and provisional prices. An order placed on the site is a request, not a contract. It is confirmed with you on WhatsApp. No payment is taken on the site.
02Prices and delivery
- Prices shown are provisional until we confirm them with you.
- Delivery fees are confirmed with you before you pay.
- Availability is confirmed at the same time. If an item is no longer available, we will say so and offer an alternative or cancel the request.
03Warranty and returns
Each product page states its warranty. Certified-refurbished units carry a 12-month warranty, and you can return an item free within 14 days of delivery. Our returns guide explains how. Where the two differ, the product page applies.
04Trade-ins
If you use a trade-in toward a purchase, the trade-in terms also apply.
05Liability
We take care over what we sell and how we describe it. In general terms, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the item concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
