Ask the team

  • Both are good choices, and the right one depends on your budget and how long you want to keep it. A new device has no history and the longest life ahead of it. A certified-refurbished one has been through our 50-point inspection and graded, comes with a 12-month warranty, and usually costs less.

    Whichever you choose, read the condition grade and the warranty on the product page before you decide.

  • A grade describes the outside of a device: how much wear the frame, screen and back show. It doesn't describe how the device works, which is the same across grades once it has passed inspection.

    If a photo or description is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

  • Battery (8 checks), display and touch (9), cameras (7), ports and buttons (6), connectivity (7) and a verified data wipe (5), then the unit is sealed (8). Every phone, laptop and tablet we list goes through it.

  • Yes. Each product page shows its warranty period. Certified-refurbished devices carry our 12-month warranty.

  • Most modern phones and laptops work here, but phones vary in the mobile bands they support. Check that a phone supports the networks you use before you buy.
